Brusson lake
It is surrounded by a large playground with tables and benches, a beach volleyball court, a small beach with inflatables and a lawn for sunbathing.
Palasinaz and Estoul lakes
Known as Lakes Palasinaz and Estoul, they are 9 alpine lakes of different shapes, sizes and colours, where the bravest can dare to take a refreshing foot bath.
Graines Castle
Graines Castle stands on a high rocky promontory near the village of Graines, placed on a precipice, is immersed in one of the most evocative natural settings and enjoys a view of Brusson and the Val d'Ayas. The strategic position of the castle took advantage of the great heights which allowed it to communicate visually, via mirrors or flags, with the Bonot tower, the castle of Villa in Challand-Saint-Victor, and with the valley floor.
Chamousira gold mine
The visit begins from the Belvedere in front of the underground entrance, an extraordinary structure suspended on the Chamousira cliff which today stands where the departure station of the cableway for transporting the mineral downstream was originally located. We then continue inside the Level 7 extraction tunnel which allows us to immerse ourselves in the important mining reality of Brusson. A real dive into the past to learn about the geology and distribution of the gold veins, the organization and techniques of gold extraction, curiosities and stories of the hard life of the miners who worked in these mines for centuries.
Champoluc Adventure Park
It is an acrobatic route created with 30 activities made up of platforms, bridges and ladders of all kinds that connect the trees to each other. This route is always tackled in complete safety thanks to personal protective equipment (harness, lanyards, pulleys, helmet and gloves). To tackle it, a little courage, balance, concentration and a minimum of physicality are enough.
